Even the most solid floor covering as a result of intense daily loads is subject to defects, at first small, and over time and quite serious. Parquet flooring retains its original appearance for no more than 3-4 years, and then in places subject to increased operation, damage is detected.
Repair of parquet floors will primarily be required in areas adjacent to the entrances to the premises of the bathroom, to the kitchen, in rooms, near heating systems, as well as in places where the rules of operation of floors were violated, temperature changes or humidity levels occurred. Under such conditions, the integrity of individual elements and the entire coating as a whole is disturbed, the base can be damaged, the swell of the coating, mechanical damage and the deterioration of physical properties may occur.
Of course, it is possible to repair parquet floors as problems occur, when the shortcomings are visible or manifested when walking. However, it is recommended to check the coating in a timely manner, for example, in the process of cleaning: carefully inspect, drain all sections of the flooring and, using such simple actions, identify defects at an early stage. In this case, the repair of parquet floors will be less complicated and costly.
It is very desirable to prevent the destruction of the deep layers of the parquet coating. As you know, parquet floors have a multi -layer structure, and the deeper the layer in which defects are found, the more time -consuming and expensive its repair will be.
