In order to equip a column foundation, you will need a formwork in the form of boxes without a bottom and cover, as well as shovels, cement, sand and gravel.
So, the first thing you need to decide on the place of organization of columns, here you need to be guided by a pre -drawn up plan of construction and already marking it on it. It is extremely important to do everything as provided for by the plan, since much depends on this, especially if any large object is built.
At the next stage, you need to start earthen work, namely in digging pits under the filling of concrete. Pits should be rectangular, as for their depth and width, it all depends on which object will keep the column foundation on itself.
Having completed the digging of pits, you can start preparing a concrete mixture. It must be interfered with at the rate of 1: 3 or 1: 4, but only if the cement is just from the factory.
The resulting cement must be poured so that as a result, it fills both the pit and the formwork, which is installed on top of it and, in addition, it is important to note that the height of the concrete pillars should be the same, and more precisely, they should be located at the same level. And yet, it is extremely important when pouring concrete to exclude the formation of air bubbles inside the concrete mixture.
